Array mechanisms need machined hinges, substrate carriers, harness clamps, and plates that hold the wing during a deployment test. We cut those metal parts from the drawing and quote the features one by one.
We do not manufacture photovoltaic cells, and we do not stamp a space-qualification claim on the shipment. Thermal finish, locking features, and inspection points should be written on the RFQ.
