For overseas B2B, 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA typically collects by bank wire (T/T) against the engineer-confirmed amount. Put the order number in the wire memo. Production usually starts after funds clear — not when the AI sketch appears. Online card or PayPal is not the live checkout on zoryra.com today. Small pilot lots can be discussed with engineering; we do not publish a PayPal button, a public rate card, or a locked deposit percentage on marketing pages. Site reference quotes default to USD. 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA exports from Dongguan, China. International courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS and similar), air freight, or sea can be arranged by size, destination, and the written Incoterm. Courier is common for paid samples and small lots. The Standard / Express totals on the quote are production days plus an air/courier sketch — not a locked AWB. Sea is for heavier repeat lots when it actually helps; we do not post a public kg-rate as a contract. Who files destination customs still follows EXW / FOB / DAP / DDP on the order. Duties and import VAT are usually extra unless DDP was reviewed and confirmed.

Overseas buyers can start at 1 piece. That is a paid CNC prototype (material, machine time, finish, export packing), not a complimentary sales sample. After you accept the sample, a small lot is a follow-on quote — the AI reference is not a locked blank-check for 50 pcs. If you need FAI or CMM on the sample, tick those options on the quote. Same factory path: upload CAD → AI Instant Quote → engineering confirm (12h target, Dongguan, China UTC+8) → produce → international ship. Medical implants are not accepted even as a 1-pc sample.

If a lot does not meet the agreed drawing / revision, 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA reviews it for remake or credit. Keep the lot together, photograph packing, and send the measured points. Cosmetic opinions that were never on the print are not automatic remakes. Default shop-floor deburr still follows the drawing notes you actually issued. We do not advertise a public N-year warranty, a penalty schedule, or invented ISO certificate numbers as after-sales cover. Acceptance is the written print plus any FAI/CMM you ticked.

On zoryra.com the AI Instant Quote is shown in USD. That is a reference breakdown (material, machine time, finish, lead tier) — not a locked FX contract. Commercial invoice and contract currency are confirmed in writing, usually USD. Sending-bank T/T charges stay with the buyer unless we agreed otherwise. We do not publish a daily FX table or a public surcharge formula. Ask engineering when you PO if you need another invoice currency.

Pick EXW Dongguan, China or FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong if you already have a forwarder. DAP is typically door delivery with duties / import VAT still yours. DDP (duty-paid) is only when 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA has reviewed that destination. The AI freight line is production + a transit sketch. It is not a duty-paid door-to-door contract. HS classification and import tax sit with you and your broker unless the written order is DDP. Sanctioned destinations or license-controlled items may be declined before PO. Confirm Incoterms on the order, then ship.

Cargo risk moves with the Incoterm on the written order. Under EXW or FOB, main-carriage insurance is typically your forwarder’s file. DAP / DDP transit cover is only whatever that order actually arranges. 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA does not print an insurance policy number on marketing pages. If you need a claim file, photograph packing and keep the AWB / courier POD. Duties, import VAT, and broker fees are separate from cargo insurance. Confirm both before you treat the AI sketch as door-delivered and duty-paid.

You can walk multi-axis / VMC stations, inspection, and packing/shipping. Street address follows verification — same rule as other visit answers. Supplier questionnaires, NDA, and a process walk-through can be arranged before CAD. A tour is not an order and does not replace print confirmation. We do not put an unpublished ISO number, IATF ID, or capability certificate on a marketing page or on the wall as a stand-in for the drawing you lock. Quantity 1 can quote first, then book. We do not invent a tariff code or bake duty into the AI sketch. Classification, duty, and import VAT sit with the importer of record and their broker unless that order is DDP we have actually reviewed. If destination customs reclassifies, extra duty/VAT is not a remake, a price-lock, or an unpublished customs guarantee. Origin is manufacture in Dongguan, China. STEP owns shape; PDF / DWG own tolerances and notes. The binding pack is the revision written on the engineer confirmation and PO (drawing number + rev in the filename). If PDF and STEP disagree, we pause a locked price until you align them. A new drawing after T/T or after first ops is a change order: engineering reviews (target 12 h, Dongguan, China UTC+8). The lead-time clock starts from the new confirmation, not the first upload. Material already issued or chips already cut is quoted extra or as scrap — we do not quietly recut to Rev B on the old amount. Do not reuse an old FAI / CMM on new geometry. Prefer one STEP ≤80 MB. The site sketch of Express ~6 days is about 3 production days + 3 freight days, chosen when the order is confirmed. Finishes (anodize about +2–4 days, blast about +1–2) are not inside the shortest production days. That sketch is not a door-to-door calendar. After material is issued or first ops have started, 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA can review overtime or a queue re-slot. We do not publish a rush surcharge table, and the original confirmation date does not keep counting by itself. CMM, anodize capacity, and destination freight can still block a 6-day sketch. Weekend messages do not run the 12-hour engineering clock until Dongguan, Chine business hours (UTC+8). Quantity 1 can still be discussed. No implants. If Express no longer fits, we write a new confirmation instead of pretending the old one holds.

We do not substitute an invented ISO class, a capability-study number, or unpublished certificates. Conventional CNC is quoted to the drawing, not to a marketing tolerance. Features that need 0.001 mm / ±0.002 mm class are called out, confirmed in DFM, and usually need extra time plus optional FAI / CMM. They are not a factory-wide guarantee. Aluminum walls typically ≥1.0 mm unless DFM agrees thinner. Milling envelope about 600 × 400 × 250 mm. Tick FAI or CMM on the quote if you need that path. No implants.
