Dimensional / CMM checks per order, with agreed reports. Formal system certificates only when verified copies exist for qualified buyers.

Tolerance baselines we work to
Unless noted, CNC / sheet metal often use ISO 2768 medium as a talking baseline. Tighter fits, GD&T, and mating faces should be called out on the drawing and confirmed at quote.

Fits, datums, sealing faces — mark on 2D; we can mirror them on the job card + inspection tier.
Finish & cosmetics

Tandai datum, toleransi kritis, standar ulir, dan wajah kosmetik. Dimensi non-kritis boleh ±0,1 mm. Catat masking untuk anodize / passivate / powder.
Penawaran, lead time, pengiriman
Economy / Standard / Express memisahkan hari produksi dan hari kirim. Bea biasanya di luar kecuali DDP. Inspeksi: dimensi / FAI / CMM sesuai permintaan.
Lingkup jujur
Jalur standar: CNC mill/turning, sheet metal, dan finishing umum. SLA / injeksi / die-cast bukan jalur standar. Kami tidak mengada-ada nomor sertifikat.
