Tolerance baselines we work to
Unless noted, CNC / sheet metal often use ISO 2768 medium as a talking baseline. Tighter fits, GD&T, and mating faces should be called out on the drawing and confirmed at quote.

Rajz és DFM
Jelölje a bázisokat, kritikus tűréseket, menetszabványokat és látványfelületeket. Nem kritikus méret lehet ±0,1 mm. Adja meg a maszkot eloxáláshoz / passziváláshoz / porfestéshez.
Ajánlat, átfutás, szállítás
Economy / Standard / Express szintek szétválasztják a gyártási és szállítási napokat. Vám általában nincs benne, kivéve DDP. Ellenőrzés: méret / FAI / CMM kérésre.
Őszinte hatókör
Standard: CNC marás/esztergálás, lemez és gyakori felületek. Az SLA / fröccs / nyomásos öntés nem standard vonal. Nem találunk ki tanúsítványszámokat.
