Tolerances: thermal flatness 0.05 mm over contact zone; connector cutouts ±0.05 mm; thickness ±0.05 mm.

Process: face mill + pocket + drill. DFM: keep anodize off the thermal face — masking notes on drawing prevented rework.

Lead time: Standard ≈ 10 days reference (production + air sketch). Powder coat was rejected because film thickness hurts thermal contact.
