What we collect
Name or email, company details, phone, message content from quote/RFQ/contact forms, and CAD/drawing files you upload for quoting and production communication.
How we use it
Only to respond to inquiries, provide reference/confirmed quotes, fulfill orders, quality/logistics communication, and improve machining services. We do not sell personal data.
CAD files & NDA
Uploaded files are treated as confidential and accessed only by authorized engineering and production roles. Request a formal NDA by email.
How long we keep it
Quotes, account details (name, email, and company), uploaded drawings, and order, quality, and shipping records are kept for the job and for 24 months afterward, so we can follow up on quality, logistics, and a later order for the same part. We delete them when you ask.
