Was wir erheben
Name oder E-Mail, Firmendaten, Telefon, Nachrichten aus Angebots-/RFQ-/Kontaktformularen sowie CAD-/Zeichnungsdateien für Angebot und Fertigung.
Wie wir sie nutzen
Nur um Anfragen zu beantworten, Richt- und bestätigte Angebote zu erstellen, Aufträge zu erfüllen, Qualität und Logistik abzustimmen und die Fertigung zu verbessern. Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten.
CAD-Dateien und NDA
Hochgeladene Dateien gelten als vertraulich und sind nur für berechtigte Technik- und Fertigungsrollen zugänglich. Eine formale NDA können Sie per E-Mail anfordern.
How long we keep it
Quotes, account details (name, email, and company), uploaded drawings, and order, quality, and shipping records are kept for the job and for 24 months afterward, so we can follow up on quality, logistics, and a later order for the same part. We delete them when you ask.
