Què recopilem
Nom o correu electrònic, detalls de l'empresa, telèfon, contingut del missatge de formularis de pressupost/RFQ/contacte, i fitxers CAD/dibuixos que pugis per a la comunicació de pressupostos i producció.
Com ho utilitzem
Només per respondre preguntes, proporcionar pressupostos de referència/confirmats, complir comandes, comunicació de qualitat/logística, i millorar els serveis de mecanitzat. No venem dades personals.
Fitxers CAD i NDA
Els fitxers pujats es tracten com a confidencials i només hi accedeixen rols autoritzats d'enginyeria i producció. Sol·licita un NDA formal per correu electrònic.
How long we keep it
Quotes, account details (name, email, and company), uploaded drawings, and order, quality, and shipping records are kept for the job and for 24 months afterward, so we can follow up on quality, logistics, and a later order for the same part. We delete them when you ask.
