Controlled production
Critical dims, cosmetics, and keep-outs go on the job card. Complex / 5-axis / high-inspection jobs can escalate to engineers before release.
Inspect before ship
Dimensional / CMM checks per order, with agreed reports. Formal system certificates only when verified copies exist for qualified buyers.

Tolerance baselines we work to
Unless noted, CNC / sheet metal often use ISO 2768 medium as a talking baseline. Tighter fits, GD&T, and mating faces should be called out on the drawing and confirmed at quote.

Fits, datums, sealing faces — mark on 2D; we can mirror them on the job card + inspection tier.
Finish & cosmetics
Anodize / blast / passivate / powder matched to material; photo or sample references welcome.

تنفّذ Zoryra Precision أعمال الجودة والفحص في دونغقوان، الصين، بنمط إنتاج مباشر من المصنع. CMM · CoC · FAI · CAD · NDA · STEP · STL ارفع STEP / STL / IGES لمعاينة عرض AI قبل إنشاء حساب.
الرسم و DFM
حدّد المراجع والتسامحات الحرجة ومعايير اللولب والوجوه التجميلية. الأبعاد غير الحرجة يمكن تخفيفها إلى ±0.1 mm. اذكر التغطية للأنودة / التخميل / الطلاء المسحوق.
العرض والمهلة والشحن
مستويات Economy / Standard / Express تفصل أيام الإنتاج عن أيام الشحن. الرسوم الجمركية غالباً خارج العرض إلا عند الاتفاق على DDP. الفحص: أبعاد / FAI / CMM عند الطلب.
النطاق بصراحة
الخطوط القياسية: تفريز/خراطة CNC وصفائح معدنية وتشطيبات شائعة. SLA / الحقن / الضغط المعدني ليست خطاً قياسياً. لا نخترع أرقام شهادات ولا شبكة شركاء وهمية.
