Heat spreaders, carrier frames, and fixture plates that sit next to a chip or a test socket. We do not fabricate wafers or run a foundry process.

Chip hardware needs flat metal: a spreader, a lid, a carrier that locates a package, and a plate for a test socket or a handler nest. We machine those parts and quote pockets, vacuum features, and threaded inserts from the drawing.
This is not a cleanroom line and not a wafer service. If the part must stay free of a listed contaminant, or if you need a material cert, write that into the RFQ so we can accept or decline before production.

No. We machine the metal around the package: spreaders, carriers, covers, and test fixtures.
