We machine the metal around a brake assembly: caliper bodies, brackets, housings, pedal seats, and sensor mounts. Friction-material recipes and a full brake-system approval are outside this shop.

Brake hardware has to meet a piston bore, a mounting face, and a sensor hole. Upload STEP plus a PDF with tolerances, pick material and inspection, and the quote lists bores, pockets, threads, and faces as features.
We do not name vehicle programs or print a brake-certificate number. If you need a material cert or a first-article report, say so on the RFQ and we confirm it before cutting.
Tolerances
Piston bores and mounting faces follow the drawing, often ±0.02–0.05 mm. Tighter zones are only where you call them out. Flatness is not assumed.

Do you certify or supply a complete brake system?
No. This page is for machined calipers, brackets, housings, pedal mounts, and sensor mounts. System approval and friction material are not part of it.
